There are many options to working together; from one on one to a small group to a combination of in person and on-line. Our main focus will be working on strength and conditioning, but we also will talk about other pieces of the puzzle like sleep, nutrition and stress which play a major role and are often forgotten about when inside the gym. I know I forget about everything when I get to workout, that’s one of the perks!
If you live in or around the Philadelphia area, let’s hang!—I train out of several locations in South Philadelphia. For online training I’ll send you workouts and we’ll meet virtually through email, video, and phone as needed to update and tailor the program for you. I hate working out- but I have really appreciated and enjoyed my time working out with Julie!
